My order showed up packed really well, and I can say with complete confidence that nothing was damaged, squashed, or even close to being messed up. The bag looked tidy and was easy to open, which I definitely appreciated. It did feel a little basic overall, but it did the job perfectly fine.

I haven’t actually ordered from Hera yet, so I can’t speak from personal experience, but I’ve seen quite a bit about them online and they do seem to have a good reputation.
From what people are saying, the quality and fit seem better than a lot of similar clothing brands out there. The styles look clean and easy to wear too, not overly trendy like some competitors can be.
I’d definitely consider buying from them at some point. They come across like a brand that knows what they’re doing, especially compared with others in the same space...

i mean, paying by card was a bit frustrating at first. It didn’t go through the first time and there wasn’t really any clear reason why. I refreshed the page, tried again, and then it worked fine. The order confirmation came through quickly after that, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just a little stressful in the moment

"Good return experience, just needed a bit of tracking follow-up"
I ordered a pair of jeans from Hera Clothing but the fit just wasn’t quite right on me, so I had to send them back. I’ll be honest, I’m always a bit wary with returns because I don’t want to get messed around or feel like I’ve been fooled, but the process was actually straightforward. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I had to keep an eye on the tracking myself and chase it a little. Once they received the return though, my refund came through quicker than I expected. Overall, a decent experience and I’d order from them again

"Holding Up Better Than Most Hoodies"
I’ve washed this hoodie about five times now, and it’s keeping its shape better than a lot of other hoodies I’ve owned. There’s a tiny bit of fading, but nothing major or unexpected. Overall, it still looks good and feels solid.

Some of the pieces do look really cool and have that clean, minimal vibe I like. That said, I’d warn others to look closely before buying because a few of the designs feel basic for what they cost. I still like the overall style, but i wasn’t blown away.

Everything was exactly like the photos and the size details were accurate, so there weren’t any surprises when it arrived. I’m really happy with it. If you’re on the fence, I’d say just check the sizing info carefully like I did and you should be good.

I was just trying to grab a few basic bits and didn’t expect much, because usually the nice colours are gone or there’s only some random size left. But on Hera, the sizes I actually wanted were in stock, which sounds like a small thing, but it made the whole thing way easier.
I didn’t have to sign up for restock alerts or talk myself into a backup size I knew I’d return. I was looking at colours, then sizing, then somehow back to basics again, but it was all straightforward. I’d use heraclothing.com again just for not making shopping feel annoying.

I got my order from Hera and everything was right, like the sizes and colours were exactly what I chose. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d order again if I come across something I like.

Overall, I like that they’re using some recycled materials, and the product itself feels solid. I just wish there was a bit more information about the sustainability side of things. The shipping also felt a little wasteful, so there’s definitely room to improve there.

I had to send a hoodie back because I ordered the wrong size, and I was a bit suspicious at first because returns can be a hassle. But the returns page was really easy to follow, and I had the label sorted in a few minutes. Posted it back, half expecting to have to chase them, but the refund came through quicker than I thought. Can’t really complain, it all went smoothly.

"Pretty comfy, honestly"
I was actually kind of impressed with how soft this feels on my skin. It’s not scratchy at all, which is a big deal for me because I get annoyed by rough fabrics really fast. So yeah, I like it a lot... though I guess it’s just a basic thing to expect, but still, it feels nice.
